Who We Serve: 

Leaps + Bounds, LLC collaborates closely with individuals within the State of Oregon who experience intellectual/developmental disabilities. We serve individuals of all ages and abilities enrolled in DD services.

 What We Do:

 Leaps & Bounds, LLC works together with individuals currently enrolled in i/dd services to match with a Life Skills Coach of their choice to work on their ISP goals while using allotted Attendant Care hours.  We work together with the individual's self-chosen support team to identify, train, and place the preferred Life Skills Coach for a valuable and long-term alliance while working on what's important to you!

How It Works: 

Leaps + Bounds, LLC is always a ZERO out-of-pocket expense for you or a loved one who is currently enrolled in I/DD services. We bill your Attendant Care and RESPITE Care hours directly through the CDDP or Brokerage you work with. The days of navigating the eXPRS Billing System on your own are over. We have an awesome, easy-to-use system that tracks hours worked, and progress notes that is fully EVV compliant.
